The content of your message

For security and abuse prevention, our server also records the IP address and date/time of a form submission, and keeps standard web-server log files.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about a possible or existing business relationship — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
To secure the website and prevent spam and abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We use a single functional session cookie (PHPSESSID) that is required only to operate the security check on the contact form. It is removed when you close your browser.

5. Sharing and third parties

Hosting: our website and email are hosted by our hosting provider within the EU. They process data on our behalf as a processor.
Google Fonts: this website loads fonts from Google. When a page loads, your IP address may be transmitted to Google for the purpose of delivering the fonts.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, for the duration of our business relationship and applicable legal retention periods. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).
